Zook Rods Warranty Terms:

Every Zook Rod is thoroughly inspected before leaving our facilities. We guarantee the materials and workmanship of each rod. If you are not satisfied with your purchase or believe there is an issue on our part, we would be happy to help in getting you back on the water as soon as possible.

If you’ve purchased one of our production model rods (E-2, T-2, B-1 or S-1.) and have had a breakage issue, please return the rod to the store where the rod was purchased along with a $50 warranty/replacement fee. The vendor will replace your rod from inventory if available, or they will contact us to inform us that they need a warranty/replacement rod. if you’ve purchased one of the above-mentioned rods direct from us, please contact us and we will work out the best way to collect the warranty/replacement fee and get the new rod to you.
